My HB is 5.6 and TSH is 13. Wanted to get advice what treatment should I go for, what diet should I follow, what should I avoid and most important which doctor should I visit?

Hello, Blood transfusion is must at least two units than cap Livogen XT one at night for two months. Tab ultrafolcin two times a day after food for two months. CONSULT AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST for thyroxin dose.ok.
