Swelling posterior half right side anal margin started on 28/12/25. I could feel hardness only on pressing area there was no obvious swelling  On 30th i could clearly appreciate swelling. There is worm crawling feeling and sticky fluid discharge after bowel movements. I can walk.. run..from begining of pain. I sat for 1 hour on cushion chair.. metal chair causes pain,I just can't sit on yoga posture with folded legs!very uncomfortable. Pain is very sharp on coughing and after defecation... No improvement at all here even after 5 days. Whenever I cough I feel severe unbearable pain ..then I lie down on bed so pain settles. I can sleep without any discomfort for begining. Is it perianal abcess or thrombosed external piles based on history?
