I've got multiple fissures and have been suffering from anal Spasms. My anal canal have been shrunken and it causes very severe pain while opening up of the anus for the bowel movements. I also see 7-8 drops of blood at the last of bowel movements. Please help me on how can I normalise my aal region from anal spasm and eliminate the anal pain Please also suggest the causes of bleeding along with its treatment
