It is due to irritation and fissure or fungal rash after constipation and excessive wiping, and it is treatable. Please don’t keep applying creams blindly. Consult with me once privately  I’ll guide you with the correct treatment and relief measures.

The development of a red, burning rash in the perianal area following a period of constipation is highly suggestive of Perianal Dermatitis or a secondary Fungal Infection (Candidiasis). Constipation often leads to excessive wiping or localized straining, which can cause micro-tears in the sensitive skin. This compromised skin barrier then becomes easily irritated by moisture or fecal matter. While Siloderm acts as a protective barrier, it may not be effective if there is an underlying fungal element or if it is trapping moisture against an already inflamed surface."

Health Tips
Perianal rashes are very common after digestive upsets and usually resolve quickly once the skin is kept clean, dry, and properly treated. Please book a full session to discuss a specific medicated ointment.
