Anal problem
As I already having a hemorroid, i have been trying my daily life changes and having no complication in bowel movement. But since a few days, i am feeling pain around my anal sphincter after having bowel movement and also a little watery, sticky and a bit smelly discharge in very small amount and slowly pain goes down after the discharge..sometimes i also feel strong stroke around my anus while coughing or sneezing. I want to know the proper reason of it.

The Pain is due to hemorrhoid. External hemorrhoid are usually painful and as stools pass through anal canal, they touch these hemorrhoid while produces pain. As a response to this pain, the muscles near anal spincter contract thus producing more pain.
