A small tissue formation of the size of a moong dal, i can feel near my anal region, not in the anal opening a bit sidewise...it doesn't sores, but itches sometime..as I have already an external hemorroid, whenever i spend more than 5 mins or so, that tissue like structure sores, otheriwise not...when i touch, its a bit pointy i can feel.. It has made my posterior part of anal skin tight,so sometimes i can  feel stroke while sneezing or coughing..i need help.
