Anal pain during stool (anal fissure)

I am suffering from anal fissure for last 1 week . I m doing sit bath with warm water and applying Diltiazem HCL 2% W/W Cremagel on affected area of anus (externally) for last two days. Still no improvement. Pls suggest medicine/tablets. Thanks.
