My anal pain and severe itching while pee.. tha small vein is swollen around anus and sometimes small blood sticks on pee.. i already used medicines for infectional issue (crotarax, cremmafin tonic).. after i used that medicines somes days i hav more relief but from 1 week again pain is coming.. is it piles?? Please help me

Yes it is pile but get your self checked by a surgeon get proper treatment after diagnosis.
