Since last 2-3 years I have been having Sever Itching in my Anal Area (outer and entry to anal)..... I get itching only duirng night when I go to bed... I find lot of moisture around the anal area and seems some layer of skin also peels off while I itch during mid night. Recently the itching has been extremely more. during my itching I itched too much at the entry and inner part of anal, its bleeding now during stool.

Several reasons for this problem.  It is called as " pruritus ani"  . Common causes are anal Fissure / Piles /skin  fungal infections / skin allergy to ointment/ worm infection.  Need clinical examination to find out your problem.
