MRI REPORT:- A thin hyperintense track with surrounding inflammatory changes is seen originating in the natal cleft in right paramedian location extending for length of 3.5 cm traversing the transsphincteric plane with internal opening at 6 o’clock. The internal opening is around 1.9 cm from anal verge. No supra-levator extension. Best treatment for this ..any one please suggest...please

if no abscess u can undergo laser ablation. if abscess present drain the abscess followed by fistula procedure best treatment could be laser r ligation of intersphin ter fistula tract (LIFT)
