I had perninal abscesses which was removed aft surgery... now there is a fistula because of the same... my doctors recommend surgery but is there any way to treat it without surgery

Yes defiantly it is treatable in homoeopathy valong with good diet But fissure severe u can opt for surgery stole surgery But before that try homoeopathy it is good for fissure fisula and bleeding piles
