Anal fissure with yellow pimples
I was diagnosed with anal fissure 2 months back and it keeps coming back after every 15 days. But this time , it's some sort of yellowish filled small small pimples in the anal region which didn't happen earlier. What is it?
Anal fissure may be acute or Chronic.You need to observe for whether yellowish pustules you captured are just skin origin or from inside..
That means once they burst open they just emit liquid and become scarred which means confined to skin..
Or if continuously discharge or pus getting out of it..which means fistula..
So if second one is the case go for per rectal examination and MRI if indicative

Neglected Fissure in Ano notorious for recurrent perianal Infection (bacterial only e.g painful or fungal followed by secondary bacterial infection, e.g itching followed by pain)..
However you crossed the acute stage. This condition needs proper consultation from the surgeon.
Primary fissure -> secondary infection. Treat the primary cause
