My dad suffering from anal fissure having pain while defecating the stool the fissure size is small. He is having diabetes and heart diseases. What I have to do suggest me some medicines or ointment

Avoid protein food like Dal , meat . Take high fibre diet like cucumbers ,apples . Drink water 4-5 litres .
Next Steps
Syp duphelac 15 ml bed time . sitz bath with povidone lotion for 20 mins  . Sucral ano gel twice daily after sitz bath. use fissure pillow .
