I started having trouble with haemorrhoids 3 months back and then the swelling subsided. I took Pilex for a while then Acuclav for five days. Somehow I'm constipated and straining to pass motion and now I have pain and burning sensation. I think it's a fissure. How do I resolve this? I'm stressed thinking it might need surgery! No swelling or bleeding externally. Just pain, burning sensation and itching for hours after passing motion.

You should Consult with a surgeon to be examined clinically and determine what exactly you are suffering from.Hemorroids and fissures do coexist .
