Anal fissure bleeding

Hi, I have developed an anal fissure which has been bleedind since 11 days. How long does it take for bleeding to stop? Initially I was very constipated and the blood was more, now it is just on the toilet Paper and pain during bowel movement. I had undergone a short scopy 4 years ago when I had first got an anal fissure. Do I still need another scopy or is it anal fissure itself? I didn't have cramping so far but for the last 3 days i also have lower abdomen cramping followed by a bowel movement. The cramping started around the time of laxative dosage increase

First , if there is bleeding from 11 days then it’s worrisome and you should consult surgeon or a gastrointestinal surgeon for sake and get yourself examined for fissure or piles . If that is the case you should take call for surgery if they suggest so as that would be definitive treatment Secondly laxatives in much dose can cause abdominal cramps
Next Steps
Visit surgeon / gastrointestinal surgeon
