This lump has been on my neck since four weeks now and seems to be growing. It's hard and painless. There has been nothing out of ordinary except for frequent chest and arm pains especially joints.. no weightloss.. but i stay tired and feel fatigue quite often.

Is there any throat infection? Try tablet Azithromycin 500 mg twice daily , tablet Zerodol-P twice daily for 5 days. If no relief , consult a physician.
