Amniotic fluid level in pregnancy

Is Amniotic fluid 10 cm normal in 24 weeks of pregnancy or is it less. If its less than how can i increase it as m drinking approx 5 lt water. Pls suggest

Kindly do not over load yourself with water. 10 cm ia just fine.
