Amniocentesis test

Hi I am 15 weeks pregnant through ivf. Two embroys were transferred and implanted but one fetus stop heartbeat after 8 weeks .my my scan report was normal and did nipt test which resulted high risk t21.so doctor suggested amniocentesis test .can the report be false positive due to the other dead fetus.
