AMNIOCENTESIS in high risk pregnancy

Hi I am 20 weeks of pregnant, after two times miscarriage I conceive at third time with high risk pregnancy , while anomaly scan - unilateral cleft lip and palate got detected rest everything are normal, I have also done quadruple test and test results came as low risk , now doctor suggested to do AMNIOCENTESIS but I am not feeling comfortable considering it's negative impact on high risk pregnancy while collecting amniotic fluid . I do not have any family history of genetic disorder , considering the current situation and the test's risk and benefit what should I do ? Whether I should go for the genetic test or take risk of chance having genetic disorder in baby ?
