Dear Sir/Madam, I have been occasionally feeling smell of Ammonia while breathing . Please let me know whether this is a big concern to be attended to immediately. I have been taking medicines for High BP and Epilepsy for more than 15 years. My Liver function test done recently is normal. The Urea, uric acid levels are also normal. The deviated levels are 1. Sodium level which is 132 mmol/L and 2. Creatinine level which  is 0.69 mg/dl. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, R. Balasubramanian.
