Sir I have a minor faty liver non alcoholic grade 1 I done my lft test my sgot is 14 Sgpt is 21 Alkaline phosphate is 110 And total bilburin is 0.9 Bilburin indirect is 0.7 Bilburin direct is 0.2 Can u tell me sir Everyday I'm taking amlycure ds syrup 2 time in a day  for mantanig a healthy liver Sir this syrup is good or not
