All your symptoms are interlinked, like obesity is  interlinked with  PCOD and may be its a side effect of medication for long time. I don't know, how long you are into treatment, but looking at your weight, I would appreciate if you could explore alternate therapy like ayurveda for such problems as it has cure and   treatments without side effects, but it takes some time and need patience.
