  4. Amh levels. They effect the amh levels?

My amh test done on 18day if menstrual cycle . Report shows that it's 13.03 range shows that it's low fertility rate. Iam on medication of pregnancy with letrozole and hcg trigger and after that progesterone tablets. Are they effect the Amh levels ? How to proceed with this
