AMH level 0.95 ng. Age 34. After miscarriage, came to know about Positive ANA 1:320. Pattern, nucleolar.  (Lupus Anticoagulant detected). Currently doctor prescribed ecosprin and Hcqs 200. Is it enough? Need to have any other medicine. Trying for pregnancy for more than 6 months, no luck. Shall I try for IUI or IVF ? what to do ? My period cycle is 25 or 26 days.. Regular periods. My husband age is 37.
