AMH drastic drop in 6 months

My AMH has dropped from 3.75 ng/ml in Dec to 0.99 ng/ml in July, from the same lab Metropolis. Is it possible to have such a sharp drop in 6 months. I'm 34 years old, have regular periods and not pregnant.
