AMA IS too high

My antimicrosomal antibodies are too high 365 than normal range . Would like to take advice from endocrinologist who can help me to control or prevent this issue . My thyroid level is completely fine and under normal range but since AMA is too high it may lead to Hypo or hyper thyroid in future . Kindly advice how to control or prevent from this future desease.

High antibodies may not necessarily lead to hypo or hyperthyroidism in everyone. To prevent thyroid disease maintain your weight in normal range with balanced diet and regular exercise. Repeat thyroid test annually.
