try eating healthy food and avoid junk food. drink 3 liters of water daily. also consume peanut butter and brown bread, banana milkshake, chickoo milkshake , mango milk shake in morning.
consume 3 eggs daily. also consume lassi daily.
whenever feels hungry eat peanuts and cheese slice.
