Am having digestive issues such as bloating, excess gas, constipation, fullness, bowel movements right after eating something. With history of addiction (IV). Consulted with gastroenterologist, he did endoscopy and some test then told me i've issues of gastroparesis. Am taking medicines for more then a month still am having these issues why? Even if i take prescribed medicines then i feel little better but if i stop taking it, it starts going on again. Am i taking the right medicines? Should i've to do some health tests? Am i missing anything? How it can be cured?

Gastroparesis can be suspected on endoscopy and treated.  However to confirm it we will need more tests.  The cause for gastroparesis should also be ascertained to comment on whether it can be cured or not.
Next Steps
You need to visit  the clinic personally for the same
