Am having a mild fever from last 4 days

I am having a mild fever from last 4 days and it simply goes away when i take a tablet with paracetamol(diclowin plus) but it works only for around 11 hours and then fever strikes again.Besides of that my right eye mildly hurts when moved to the extremities.Whole body aches and there is no other symptom.Would you give any Suggestion ,Kind Doctor?
