Please check your sugar at the time of symptoms. Usually metformin doesn't cause hypoglycemia.

It seems like you're experiencing some side effects, possibly due to hypoglycemia, given the symptoms you're describing such as sweating, vomiting sensation, and tremors. Metformin is typically prescribed to manage blood sugar levels, especially during pregnancy when gestational diabetes is a concern, but these symptoms need close monitoring. I recommend you not stop the medication on your own but consult your prescribing doctor. It might be necessary to adjust the dosage or switch to an alternative. Your fasting and post-OGTT readings suggest there could be some fluctuation in your blood sugar levels, which should be managed carefully during pregnancy. For a more thorough evaluation and personalized treatment plan, feel free to consult with me, or you can WhatsApp me at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two.
