There is always a cause behind sad and worry.It is not possible that it occur s with oit cause.
May be u cant find them on ur own.I suggest take external help ,consult psychologist Online or offline and discuss ur total case history with family history with other medical history, any relationship issues etc.
There something which u cant notice properly.
