Always have Fear

I am always afraid of illnesses. Sometimes digestive issues. Sometimes ear. Sometimes eyes and nose. Sometimes I am afraid to go to sleep fearing heart attack. One or other issue will be there that's what I feel and fear. I am scared about what if any major health issue comes to me. But my reports usually come normal. But still I don't feel comfortable in life. I have done abpm test which came normal. Full body checkup other vitamin b12 and D all other test came normal. I'm on thyronorm 50 medication. TSH is 3.2. Sometimes I feel I have sleep apnea. Sometimes tinnitus. But I never had any major health issue. But I am always worried for one or other thing and feel like I might die sooner and later. Sometimes I am afraid to sleep with lights off.

Appears to be an anxiety disorder or hypochondriasis. The more you go for investigations the more your fear will increase. It's a never ending loop and this cycle needs to be broken.
Next Steps
contact a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and understanding of your condition. also will help in managing it more effectively
Health Tips
stop making Google diagnosis and getting yourself investigated at your own level. do not go for investigations until and unless specifically prescribed by the doctor. you will save a lot of money and this will help to break this loop also
