I had received my result of sgpt 183.30. What should i do? I'm always constipated and everytime i poops my anus always bleeding. Is there any connection?

Yes There can be a connection. SGPT increases in Liver diseases. Bleeding through anus is most commonly because of Piles or fissure . But if live pathology is there then bleeding time increases.
