Hello Doctor, with condoms the thinnest one also I am unable to get satisfaction while sex . I can do sex for hours but I can't ejaculate and get satisfaction but with unprotected sex I feel satisfaction and I am able to ejaculate in some time but I can't do unprotected sex always as ipill can only be taken once in some month . Is there any alternative medicine for safe unprotected sex and which does not harm my partner in future ??
