I m diabetic I used to take istamet 50/1000.Can I take Zitamet 50/1000 as an alternate.

ZITAMET 50/1000 isn't probably available any more. If you are looking for a substitute, you can take Janumet. If cost is an issue, you should initiate a consultation for changing medicines.
