ALT/SGPT, SERUM 256 and ALT/SGOT is 225

I am having constant 100 fever since 12th Feb. In LFT ALT/SGPT, SERUM 256 and ALT/SGOT is 225 which is very high. Pls suggest. I am teetotaler (never smoke and drink).CBC and LFT Reports attached.
