I have alopecia barbae with many patches on beard now , i used to have one or two patches and used minoxidil and momento lotion on these. For some days there was no patch and suddenly i got 14 spots on beard. I also had one on head which got heald . Also i have itchy water bubbles on toes and fingers (using halovate). There are two small dry patch on the side of the nose. I am unable to buy priscribed medicine since i am out of India , if i get the help to understand the issue, i can get OTC drugs.
