Previously two times doctor gave some immune suppression tablet, tugain and hairbless, also I was having thyroid problem TSH level was 7.17uIU/ml so gave some thyroid medication for 2 months, everything came normal in next test after two months(doc suggested HCV blood test and full abdomen ultrasound which I didn't went for ). Now using tugain 5% and hairbless( not using immune suppressiont) and getting hair regrowth but on pulling hair around the spot geting hairloss. please suggest.

alopecia areata is an autoimmune disorder. and just tugging won't be enough. you also need a cream to decrease the inflammation at the follicular root level. but the patch needs to be examined first to rule out any contraindications. You should send me images through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem and approaching it accordingly. Hope this is helpful.
