Have alopecia since childhood. It got better in between but at present having excessive hair loss, resulting patches on scalp and sometimes eyebrows hair also starts falling too.

Alopecia aereata is due to improper functioning of immune system. Once after seeing the case i will be able to suggest the better treatment. But what standard treatment is to have the patient on Kenocort in jection and then after that we can go for PRP
