Hello Can i give almonds for my 10months old baby how to give and how many almonds or cashew to.be given to babies

U can give. But comfortability  of eat should be judged by the mother. Keep in mind that if a fraction goes to lungs, it will behave as foreign body and it can create problem like pneumonia. Take proper precautions

It’s alright to give nuts as long as it is crushed properly. How many depends on the baby. Let your little one pace themselves.
