I have experienced allergy all over my body, which initiated with itching and now there are red spots all over my body. I've taken 1 pill of levocitrizine. Is it okay to take another?

It is ok to take max 4 in a day provided you have no other disease But you should get what is the thing As you haven't shared photos, it can be Urticaria/ Eczema
