I have allergy towards dust and environment.I have ige level of 1085 UI/ML . I am using antihistamines with Deflazacort 6 MG twice in a day for 7 days.do I need tappering the medication

Tab Deflazacort is steroid  and needs to be tapered to stop it. It can be tapered to half for 5 days followed by alternate days and then stop.

Avoid allergens and keep a clean area around yourself . REPEAT IGE after view days

Deflazacort comes under steroid..so yes it needs tapering to alternate days for 14 days then altogether stopped thereafter
