Dear patient U seem to be suffering from classical allergic rhinitis . It may lead to Nasal blockage if associated with polyposis or deviated nasal septum or turbinate hypertrophy. Surgery does not cure rhinitis. For Rhinitis u need to take anti allergic medicines continuously according to severity of your symptoms. Wish u good health. Thank you
