Allergy and Soft Palate Issue

He is Sneezing too much All The Time With Itching and Red, Watery Eyes, Burning of The Eyes Skin and Most Important His Soft Palate Is Always Hurting Him He Can't Swallow Anything, His Soft Palate frequently have Inflammation. He is Also Experiencing Postnasal drip, He Unable To Pass Any Single Day Without Allergy. Please Help

Plz explain the duration of the symptoms and also if possible visit an ent specialist for proper medication and diagnosis of this condition ...as simple as it sounds allergy will not cause pain in soft palate
