My IGE level is 1726 . how to reduce it ? i am taking ALLEGRA-M it is useful ? What kind of precautions i should take ?

stop eating all allergy causing foods like milk products esp curds tur dal spicy substances fast foods packaged preservative foods or drinks and cold drinks.Also do yoga daily 1 hour pranayam half hour and eat moong khichdi daily for 21 days at night so that digestion becomes normal..drink warm wter with sunth and haldi twice a day
