I have allergic rhinitis since last year and during season change like spring and autumn my allergies get worsened. I experience breathing problem and coughing due to this. I sometimes have to take my accuhaler ( 1 puff) daily for a few days. I feel relieved after taking that. Is there any other solution for this or inhaler is the only relief measure?

You probably suffers from asthma, inhalers are the best medicine for asthma with least side effects...dont feel shy in its usage...there is no permanent solution though with immunotherapy your symptoms may disappear for life-long.
