Allergic rhinitis *2 yrs
I have allergic rhinitis since from 2 yrs..i have uses so many medicine for rhinitis bt dont cure..plz help dr.

Hi
When you go outside then use cow desi ghee as nasal drops (2, 3 drops).
:- Do these two yogas daily:- Anulom vilom and kapal bhati for 15 min.
:- when you have cough cold then avoid these things:- rice ,milk,curd and maize roti
