Dear Drs, Suddenly some Algeric reaction happened near private part of my daughter whose age is 1.7yrs. She started scratching the area vigorously after that. Please suggest some medicine to cure this. Attaching photo of that part.

Looks like allergic urticaria...can give syrup cetirizine 5 MG single dose...if no response kindly get consultation done
