All time my body temperature is high...

I am suffering from fever since 6 days. I take medicine like paracetamol, sefixime and azethromycine and b complex but when i take medicine i relax for some hour. Then again i suffer....the temperature is very high....i feel little headache, pain in leg. And also vomiting.... My blood test result is Malaria - -ve Urine test- Epithelial cell-. 4-8 and. Pus. Cell-. 4-6

cud be typhoid get a widal test done if positive u need to take different medicine fr dat
