Alcohol related issue

Does alcohol lead to genetic disorder. I consume alcohol once in a month. I got to know that consuming alcohol, changes our RNA structure. I know consuming alcohol is bad for health and excessive of anything is bad for health but this information that alcohol changes our RNA really baffled me and I would request you to tell me the truth.

Whatever you have read is right..alcohol causes genetic changes. Avoid alcohol as far as possible.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. Yes, its true and not just that, it does a lot of things in our body which when you get to know will baffle you even more.
